| 22. Of the Vedas I am the SamaVeda, I am Vasava of the Gods, and of the senses I am the mind, I am the intelligence in living beings.Gods: such as the Rudras and the Adityas. Vasava: i.e Indra. Of the eleven senses I am the mind. Chetana, sentiency or intelligence, is that state of the intellect (buddhi) which manifests itself in the aggregate of the body and the senses. | ||||
